What happens if I do not want to be more study participants?

Your participation is voluntary and you can decide if you want to continue to participate in our studies. If you wish to terminate your participation in our studies, you can:

    E-mail: Write to us "stop participation" an e-mail with your name, complete address and the subject of support@mailagenten.de
    Phone: Call us free (0800-6377864) 0800 MEASUREMENT at to tell us that you wish to terminate your subscription.

With your data and logout of your account will be deleted entirely from us. Solve a remaining SpectosCents so please before you log off. The subsequent issuance of a voucher is not possible.

Despite cancellation, it may happen that you will still occasionally test programs when they were at the time of cancellation already on its way to you. Please ignore this mail.
